1win.ng reads which phone you are on and shows one menu item to match. The menu we saw points to no store listing and has no separate betting app and casino app: one item per phone system, with its own steps.

Everything in this guide comes from the site’s own text and its manifest file. We did not run either installation, so the app’s screens, its size and the permissions it requests on Android are not described here.
Android: the "1win for Android" route
On Android the app comes from 1win.ng itself: one tap in the menu, then the site’s own three steps. Before you start, have these in place:

The route from the menu
- Open the menu on 1win.ng and tap “1win for Android”. You see the item’s QR code and the line about 200 Points.
- Check herethe first step reads “Scan the QR code”. A phone cannot scan a code on its own screen, so open the same menu on a second phone and point your camera at the code there. We checked phone browsers only, so we cannot say whether a laptop shows the same code.
- The second step tells you to get the app onto your smartphone.
- The third step reads “Install it”. Your phone may show its own prompt at this point; read what it asks before you accept.
Steps 2 to 4 are the site’s own three steps. They do not offer a copied link in place of the QR code, which is why the second screen sits in the kit list.
Where the Android route can go wrong
The weak point is the source of the app. An app passed around in a WhatsApp group or offered on a page that is not 1win.ng is not the one this item gives you, even if it carries the same logo. Start from the address you typed, scan the code from that menu, and nothing else.
1win app for iOS: the Safari home-screen web app
The 1win app for iOS, as the menu offers it, is a web app added through Safari. The “1win for iOS” item lists five steps, copied here word for word:
- “Scan the QR code”.
- “Copy the link and open it in Safari on your smartphone”.
- “Tap “Share””.
- “Select “Add to Home Screen””.
- “Tap “Add””.
Step 2 matters if you are reading the menu on the iPhone itself: copy the link and paste it into Safari instead of scanning. The steps name Safari, so do this in Safari rather than in another browser on the phone.
What you get on the home screen
1win.ng publishes a web app manifest with the name “1win”, the display mode “standalone” and the start address “/”. In plain terms, the icon on your home screen opens the site’s front page in its own window, without the browser’s address bar and tabs, so it looks and behaves like an app.

About 1win app updates
For the iPhone web app, an update is not something you install. The home-screen icon opens 1win.ng’s own pages, so you see whatever the site shows on that day, the same as in the browser.
For the Android app we have no update notes. We did not install it, and the site’s steps say nothing about how new versions arrive. If the app ever asks you to update from a source other than 1win.ng, do not accept; go back to the “1win for Android” item instead.
The 200 Points line
“200 Points bonus for installing the app” is the only reward text on the two items. The site does not say on that screen what the Points are worth or where they appear, and we saw no naira value attached to them. Treat them as an extra rather than a reason to install, and do not expect cash.
The welcome package is a separate thing, paid on deposits; the Points line says nothing about it.
The 1win betting app and casino app: what we can say
We did not install the app, so its screens are not described here. What we can describe is the mobile site: the bottom bar carries Menu, Home, Casino, Free money and Sports, with a dark theme. The iPhone web app opens that same site at its front page, so on iPhone the Sports and Casino items work the same as on the mobile site.
Before you rely on the app
You log in with the account you already have. If you do not have one, the phone-number sign-up to finish before installing takes two fields; if you do, the Phone-tab login you will use inside the app is the same form. When the app refuses you, the support chat for app and access problems is the place to ask, starting with the bot’s topic buttons.

The route is clear on both systems because the site writes its steps out, and the iPhone web app is a simple home-screen shortcut to the live site. The score is held at 7.0 because the Android app itself stayed untested on our side, and the QR step trips up anyone with only one phone.
It suits Android users with a second phone nearby, and iPhone users happy with a Safari home-screen icon.
Who should skip it: anyone who wants an App Store app, or who would rather not install anything and can use the mobile site in the browser.

The site's iPhone steps name Safari and its "Share" button. We did not test other browsers, so follow the Safari route.
Will the app use much mobile data?
