What to write to us about
Our pages walk through 1win.ng screen by screen, and screens change. A message is most useful when it tells us that one of our steps no longer matches what you see. These are the messages we act on:
- A step that has changed: a renamed button, a new field in the sign-up form, a method missing from the cashier. Send the page address on our site, a screenshot from 1win.ng and the date you took it.
- A figure that looks wrong, such as a deposit range or a bonus term. Halima Musa checks it against our notes and the screenshot you send.
- A request about your personal data. The privacy notes on what this site records explain what we hold; such requests are answered within 30 days.
- A question about how we earn money from partner links, which the affiliate disclosure for this guide covers first.
What we cannot help with
We have no access to 1win accounts. We cannot reset a password, unlock a login, check a deposit, speed up a withdrawal or verify documents. For those, go to 1win’s own live chat; in our test a bot answered at once and no agent joined within 10 minutes, and the notes on reaching a person in 1win chat explain how to write a message that gets acted on.
Please do not send us your 1win password, SMS codes, card details or photos of your ID. We do not need them for anything, and we delete messages that contain them.
Who reads your email
Chinedu Eze writes the guides and ran the phone checks; Halima Musa compares every 1win figure with the check notes and recalculates the maths. One of them reads each message, and the editors’ page says more about each role. When a correction is accepted, the page shows a new date in its byline.
