The two ways into the 1win login form

The site states that the login form offers a Phone tab and an Email tab. Which one works for you depends on how the account was opened. The sign-up form we checked asked for a +234 number and a password and had no email field, so for most accounts opened in Nigeria the Phone tab is the one that matches.
| Parameter | Value | |
|---|---|---|
| Address to type | 1win.ng | |
| Login tabs | Phone, Email (stated by the site) | |
| Phone tab | Number and password | |
| Password reset | “Forgot your password?” link in the form | |
| Where to ask when stuck | Live chat, “Personal account | Verification” topic |
The Email tab is only useful if an email address is attached to your account. If you never added one, typing an email there will not find you, whichever address you try.
Signing in by phone, step by step
A 1win sign in from a phone takes three things you should have in hand before you open the page. Missing one of them is how a short login turns into a support chat.
Have these ready
- The +234 number you registered with
- Your password, typed, not pasted from chat
- The SIM for that number in your phone
The route through the form
- Type 1win.ng into the browser yourself. You see the dark home screen and the bottom bar.
- Open the login form. You see the Phone and Email tabs.
- Check herepick the tab that matches your sign-up. For an account opened with a number, that is Phone, not Email.
- Enter the number after the +234 prefix and then your password.
- Confirm. If the password is refused, stop after a couple of tries and use “Forgot your password?” in the same form.
We did not complete a login, so we do not describe the screen that follows or any extra step the site may add.
Forgot your password: what the link is for

“Forgot your password?” is the reset route inside the 1win login form; it sits inside the same form, so you do not need to leave the page to find it. We saw the link but did not run the reset, so we cannot say whether it sends an SMS, an email or something else.
What you can do is make the reset easy before you need it. Keep the SIM for the registered number active, since that number is your login and the obvious place for a reset to reach you. If you added an email, check that you can still open that inbox.
Codes and passwords stay with you
Any code that arrives during a reset is for you to type into 1win.ng and nowhere else. Do not paste it into WhatsApp, Telegram or a live chat, even one that calls itself support. Pages and people who offer to “fix your login” by asking for your password want control of the account.
When the 1win sign in still fails
If the right tab and a fresh password still do not get you in, the problem is usually one of four things. Work through them in this order:
- The address. A forwarded link or a search ad can open a copy of the site. Close it and type 1win.ng.
- The tab. An account opened by phone will not be found under Email.
- The number. If you changed SIMs or lost the old line, ask your network to replace the SIM on the same number before anything else; a reset cannot reach a line you no longer hold.
- The account itself. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened earlier than 6 months, according to the Responsible Gaming page.
Account recovery through support
When the four checks do not help, the next step is live chat. A bot answers first and shows topic buttons; “Personal account | Verification” is the one for access problems. Write your question in one message with the registered number and the date you opened the account. The support chat tips for access problems cover how to get the request in front of a person.
What you see, and what to do
The password is not accepted
Check that the Phone or Email tab matches what you registered with, then use "Forgot your password?" in the same form.
You signed up with a number you no longer use
Write to live chat from the email or details you still have; account recovery is the operator’s decision.
The page keeps loading
Type 1win.ng yourself instead of following a forwarded link, and try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
Logging in on mobile and in the app
On a phone, the login is the same form as above: 1win.ng is an adaptive mobile site, and Sports and Casino sit in the same bottom bar behind it. The menu also offers “1win for Android” and an iPhone web app added through Safari, both with the line “200 Points bonus for installing the app”; the Android and iPhone install notes explain how each one is set up. We did not log in through the app, so we cannot say whether it keeps you signed in between sessions.
No account yet
If you have no account yet, the login form is the wrong place to start. The registration steps behind a first login take you through the two-field sign-up first.
| Item | What 1win.ng showed | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Phone and Email tabs | Shown as login options | Stated by site |
| “Forgot your password?” | Link inside the login form | Seen on site |
| Reset method (SMS or email) | Not reached | Not checked |
| Login inside the app | Not tried | Not checked |
Pros
- The reset link sits on the same screen as the fields
- A phone-based account needs nothing more than the number and the password
Cons
- The reset route was not tested, so its method is unknown
- No FAQ or help centre for login errors; live chat is the only fallback
Our verdict on the 1win login
7.3/10
Our score, checked 8 & 13 Oct 2026
The 1win login is a short form with the reset link where you expect it. It scores in the low sevens because, once you are truly locked out, the only way back is the live chat, where a bot answers first.
It suits anyone who registered with their own +234 line, still holds that SIM and keeps the password in a password manager.
Who should skip it: anyone who has lost the registered number and has no email on the account; get the SIM replaced by your network first, then come back to the form.

FAQ
Is there a separate 1win login for Nigeria?
Use 1win.ng, the Nigerian site with English (Nigeria) settings and a naira cashier. Search results can lead to other domains, which we did not check.
Can I log in with my username?
The form we read offered Phone and Email tabs only. Use the number or the email address linked to the account.
Why does my email not work in the Email tab?
Most likely no email is attached to the account, because the Nigerian sign-up form asks for a phone number. Use the Phone tab instead.
Can someone else log in to my account to help me?
Do not let them. Sharing the password or a reset code hands over the account and its balance.
Does logging in on a new phone need verification?
We did not test a login on a second device, so we cannot say. Keep the registered SIM in the new phone in case the site asks for it.
Will support ask for my password?
A genuine support agent has no reason to ask for it. If anyone in a chat asks for your password or a code, end the chat.
